Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
2 – 4 years experience in an HR role;
Specialized training in Employment Law, Compensation, Organizational Planning, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Safety, Training, Labour Relations;
General knowledge of employment laws and practices;
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other HR programs;
Excellent computer skills – MS Windows (Word, Excel) and database management experience.
