Applications Open for the Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation Music Production Incubation Programme. The Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation invites aspiring artists, music producers and songwriters to apply for an intensive Ten-Day Music Production Incubation Programme. If music production is your passion, then this is the opportunity to develop your talent, sharpen your skills and take your craft to new heights.
About the Programme
The programme is designed to strengthen participants’ technical, creative and professional skills and will lead to an accredited Level 4 MICT Sound Technology certificate.
Participants Will Receive Training In:
- Music Production – Beat Making, Song Arrangement, MIDI Programming and Music Production Software
- Songwriting & Composition – Lyric Writing, Melody Development, Song Structure, Collaboration and Music Publishing Basics
- Artist Development – Vocal Performance, Stage Presence, Branding, Confidence and Professional Conduct
Programme Attendance: Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00
Application Closing Date: 28 August 2026 at 16:00
IMPORTANT: Applicants must be Gauteng residents, have a Matric/National Senior Certificate and be available to attend the full programme.
