Check Out the Latest Trailer of Shaka iLembe Mzansi. All the more reasons for viewers to look forward to the drama series. Shaka iLembe recently dropped their latest trailer, prior to its release date on the 18th of June.

The drama series takes its name from the legendary Zulu king, Shaka Zulu, who serves as a powerful symbol throughout the narrative. The influence of Shaka’s legacy is felt in the region, and his story is interwoven with the lives of the main characters, creating a captivating historical and cultural context.

Set in the 1700s, Shaka Ilembe tells the story of the iconic black leader’s early childhood through to adulthood. In May 2022, the first trailer dropped, and it was so captivating such that everyone looked forward to the drama series. After waiting for over a year the country is excited that very soon Shaka Ilembe, will be on our screens.

While we are still waiting for the big day, why not tantalize our minds with et another trailer! The series has just dropped another one, and it if fire. On the trailer King Senzangakakhona is captivated by the beauty of Nandi, who he immediately see as a future wife. It also shows Shaka’s birth, his childhood, up until he became an adult.

The lead actress, Nomzamo Mbatha, who plays Nandi also shared an epic moment the cast and crew had in between takes a year ago. The talented actress and media personality is also the executive producer of the star studded series.
