Mashabela Galane Makes An Unexpected Return to Skeem Saam As Legodi. Legodi has made an unexpected return to Skeem Saam, and is already causing havoc in the Turfloop streets. The man behind the character, Mashabela Galane has answered some interesting questions about his comeback, and what viewers can expect from Legodi this time around.
It has been quite some time since Legodi disappeared from our screens, and many might not even remember him. To jog the memories of some Skeem Saam viewers at home, he is the guy who assisted Lelo Mthiyane when she kidnapped Zamokuhle ‘Kwaito’ Seakamela and put him in a suitcase. He is now back, and this time around he has kidnapped Mapitsi Maputla. At the moment, it’s not clear what Legodi’s motive is, or who he is working with.

Mashabela has also done an interview where he revealed a bit about the character. The award winning comedian, actor and entrepreneur is excited to be back on Skeem Saam after so many years. When he got the call, Mashabela thought Legodi was coming back as a new person, but it seems he is a tiger that will never lose its stripes. He is however excited to step into the role and explore the character more. Mashabela went on to describe Legodi as unexpected, humorous and matured.
