Vacancy: Outbound Call Centre Consult

| Key Purpose | To initiate welcome calls to clients, whose policies have just been activated, and to get clients engaged in the Vitality program by using effective sales tactics. |
| Key Outputs | •Initiate welcome call to clients while adhering to scripts in order to confirm key elements of client details during the security check. •Raise alert regarding any suspicious activity or information. •Inform clients of the key benefits associated to their policies especially Vitality. •Ensure client call-backs are made timeously and efficiently •Keep accurate stats on all calls made. •Ensure that Vitality registration is completed at the end of each call. |
