Lamiez Holworthy Weighs in on Changing Her Hairstyle. To many people out there, how they wear their hair is a reflection of their personality and how they want the world to receive them. Some people add color to their hair, just to brighten up their lives, other go for funky cuts, to appear cool, whereas there are those who keep their hair natural to celebrate their origins.

To some though like Lamiez Holworthy, they wear the same hairstyle for years, and it almost become a part of their identity. For as long as we can remember the media personality and DJ has been rocking short natural hair that’s cut on the sides, with a soft and curly top. In an interview with a local publication, Lamiez stated that she was inspired to embrace her natural hair due to insecurities about her curl pattern, and how her mane never grew long enough for her.

Will she ever change this hairstyle, to experience other dos? Well, just like everyone else out there, it will definitely take Lamiez a lot to switch to another hairstyle. She took to Twitter to say that she doesn’t have the patience to grow her hair, and going back to weaves is a complete no.

“Even if I wanted to change my hairstyle(and I don’t just by the way) Ko thoma kae? I don’t have the patience to grow my hair And I don’t want to go back to weaves. Wabona gore Ke flopo,” Lamiez said.
