Applications Open for the Eskom NTCSA Artisan Learnerships 2025 (6X Posts). Eskom’s National Transmission Company South Africa (NTCSA) is offering an exciting 3-year Artisan Training Programme for six motivated learners in the Electrical discipline. This opportunity is aimed at young South Africans who are eager to gain both institutional and on-the-job training, ultimately qualifying with a trade test certificate.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must have one of the following:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) with:
    • Mathematics: 50%
    • Physical Science: 50%
    • English: 40%

OR

  • N3 Engineering Certificate with:
    • English: 40%

OR

  • NCV Level 4 with:
    • Physical Science: 50%
    • Mathematics: 50%
    • English: 40%

Skills and Competencies:

  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • High level of motivation and discipline
  • Safety-conscious and responsible
  • Strong sense of commitment and emotional resilience
  • Computer literacy

Programme Structure:

  • Duration: 3 years
  • Includes both theoretical and practical training
  • Leads to Trade Test Certification
