Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple products and services.
• Demonstrate the latest Apple devices through hands-on product experiences.
• Maximise sales opportunities by presenting complete technology solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional product advice and service.
• Stay informed about Apple products, services and new technology releases.
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
• Work closely with team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Participate in product training and continuously develop your technical knowledge.
• Represent the iStore brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and confidence.
• Work a flexible schedule of up to 138 hours per month based on operational requirements.

Requirements and Skills

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous sales experience, preferably within a retail environment, will be advantageous.
• Product knowledge or experience with Apple products will be beneficial.
• Passion for technology and customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work part-time retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
