Applications Open For The South African Medical Association Bursary Programme 2020. The South African Medical Association is calling on promising and deserving individuals to submit their application and qualify for its Bursary Programme for the 2020 academic year.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to satisfy the following minimum qualifications to apply for bursary support:
- Must be South African citizens pursuing an MB BCh or MB ChB in their 2nd to 5th year of qualification
- Must be pursuing medical studies at a recognized South African university
- With a good academic record
- Although being a SAMA member will get first consideration, students with financial issues is an important consideration
- Applicants from historically disadvantaged groups are highly encouraged to apply
How To Apply
Eligible candidates who would like to push through with the application will need to download and complete the SAMA Bursary Programme application form.
Be sure to attach two (2) recent testimonials. In addition, applicants are to send a copy of previous exam results before the application ends.
