General Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen
• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Be unemployed
• Have Grade 12 with:
  • Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
• Be proficient in English and at least one other South African language(minimum 40%)
• Not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company
• Meet Employment Equity requirements (preference applies)

Role-Specific Requirements

Some positions require applicants to be:

• Studying towards a relevant qualification or
• In possession of a relevant tertiary qualification in fields such as:
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Microbiology
  • Biotechnology
  • Food Technology
  • Logistics
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Operations or Transportation Management
