Applications Open for the Inaugural Actor Spaces Awards 2026 Submissions. Actor Spaces has announced that nominations are now open for their inaugural awards. The brand-new annual celebration dedicated to honoring excellence, authenticity, and impact in South Africa’s performance industry.

Created to recognize both emerging and established talent, the Actor Spaces Awards will celebrate the craft of acting and the collaborative spirit behind every unforgettable performance in film, television, and theatre.

About the Awards

• The Actor Spaces Awards (ASA), presented by Actor Spaces Holdings, are designed to showcase the pinnacle of excellence in the field of acting. With the continuous growth and expansion of our industry, it is only fitting that we shine a spotlight on the very best in our field.
• Each award is a recognition of the impactful work our actors contribute to, and our commitment to championing and upholding global standards.
• Beyond the accolades, the ASA’s mission extends toward creating opportunities for actors, from financial empowerment to professional recognition.

• Each submission counts as one nomination per category.
• Nominations are open to production companies, producers, directors, casting directors, talent agents, and industry representatives.
• You may submit multiple nominations by completing the form again for each actor.
• Only performances released or performed between January 2024 and December 2025 will be considered.
• Ensure that links to performance clips or materials are accessible (public or shareable).
• Supporting materials (e.g., headshots, stills, Performance Clips)
• The Actor Spaces Awards Team/Jury reserves the right to verify all information and contact nominators for clarification.
• Submission of this form does not guarantee selection or nomination; final nominees are chosen by the official judging panel.
• All information provided will remain confidential and used solely for Actor Spaces Awards-related purposes.
