The role is designed for individuals ready to work across multiple cinema functions, including cashier duties, cinema assistance, food and beverage preparation, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as Cashier, Cinema Assistant, Waiter, or Poppers, performing duties as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ster-Kinekor products and promotional activities to upsell to guests.
• Ensure presentation standards are adhered to, including product displays, disclaimers, and promotional materials.
• Prepare popcorn, slush, and other products according to quality standards.
• Assist with shift preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Ensure storerooms meet company standards and oversee proper fumigation when required.
• Seal, package, and store prepared products correctly.
• Submit all health and safety reports as scheduled.
• Adhere to the correct uniform and preparation standards to ensure personal and team safety.
• Represent Ster-Kinekor professionally at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) required.
• 0–1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with VISTA is advantageous.
