Kgomotso Christopher Joins A Major Soapie

Kgomotso Christopher Joins A Major Soapie. This is definitely some breaking news. With all the breaking news doing the rounds, no one suspected that Kgomotso Christopher will be joining Generations: The Legacy.

The hit SABC1 soapie let go to a number of actors recently. Among those are Rebaone Kgosimore, who played the lead role of Paul Moroka Jnr. There is also Buntu Petse who played Nontle, Karabo Maseko, cast as Luyolo and Zizipho Buti, who played the roles of Tracy.

Well, as it is always the case in showbiz, the exit of performers is an opportunity for other. Generations: The Legacy, recently beefed up their cast with the talented Sthandile Nkosi. She has assumed the role of Sonia Makgalemele, a lady she describes as high maintenance and quite manipulative. Kgomotso as the latest addition, will play Keabetswe “Kea” Moloi.

Speaking of the new gig, Kgomotso said, “I’m so thrilled to be joining the Generations: The Legacy family in 2024! It’s a full circle moment for me…my first breakthrough role on a mainstream, national channel was on SABC.

The halls of SABC were my home for many years…so it’s quite heartwarming for me to return to where it all started. I’m looking forward to working with the talented cast, I’m reuniting with so many actors I’ve worked with and can’t wait to start a new journey with them and the whole cast. I’m looking forward to getting to discover and step into the shoes of Keabetswe “Kea” Moloi.”

I am so grateful to the writers and producers for creating a character that I’m eagerly looking forward to building. Lastly to the viewers that have always supported my work and have been asking when I’d be returning to our local, national broadcaster channels…this is for them also.
