Totalsports is seeking a Sales Associate for its Mthatha Circus store in the Eastern Cape, South Africa. This full-time role is designed for individuals passionate about sports retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, drive sales, and ensure the store is prepared to meet customer needs at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Totalsports as a brand ambassador and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to exceed expectations.

  • Sell a diverse range of products while staying updated on the latest sports, décor, and fashion trends.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
