ICYMI! Kamogelo Molatlhoe Returns to the Small Screen With a Lead Role. She is back with a bang! It was sad to say goodbye to the cast of Rhythm City a year ago when the show ended. The great thing is that a number of the cast from the e.tv soapie have been absorbed in other shows.
One of those is 27 year old Kamogelo Molatlhoe. The talented actress killed the role of Keamogetswe, on Rhythm City, making her first appearance on 27 February, 2019. Although this wasn’t her first or last TV role, it was so significant, such that she will be remembered for it to times indefinite.
Her fans will be happy to know that Kamo is back on the small screen, this time with a lead role. She has been cast on UBettina Wethu, which is back for season II. Kamo takes over the role of “Bettina” from Farieda Metsileng. Talented actor and YouTube content creator Hungani Ndlovu, has been cast to play Betty’s new love interest Duma.
Also joining this season of uBettina Wethu is another former Rhythm City actress Itumeleng Bokaba who joins the show as Zaza. Veteran actor and media personality Nimrod Nkosi joins the cast as Dingaan’s devious estranged dad, and Abby Molz comes on board as Nubia’s new and always on receptionist, Sindi. The show has also changed the leading man Dingaan Jiyani to Lunga Tshabalala.
