Applications Open for the Coca-Cola Learnership Programme 2022 / 2023. Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to apply for 2022 Learnership programme. Successful will candidates will enter into a fixed term contract with CCBSA  Manufacturing, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and theoretical learning, culminating in a national qualification.

The Following Learnerships Are Open for Applications:

• Commercial Learnerships
• Human Resources Learnership

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric with Maths, and English as the home language or at least a first additional language
• Applicants must be unemployed
• No experience required
• Must be South African citizens
• Must be between 18 and 34 years of age
• Must be willing to complete the full 12 month programme and attend classes
• Must not be enrolled in formal studies
• Must not have a negative criminal or credit record

• Ability to interact well in teams
• Ability to work effectively in teams
