The Hot Zone examines the terrifying true story of the origins of Ebola. Starring Julianna Margulies, The Hot Zone tells the gripping story of when Ebola landed on U.S. soil in 1989. Inspired by true events, a team of scientists must race against time to stop the world’s deadliest killer from getting out and infecting millions.
The National Geographic have greenlit a companion documentary film to premiere alongside the series in May 2019. The Hot Zone premieres Monday, May 27th on National Geographic.
