| Overview | The Sales Consultant – Dashpay Business contributes to the organisational goals by achieving targeted merchant numbers, merchant turnover and merchant revenue. |
| Duties & Responsibilities | Deliver required number of merchants in line with agreed business targets. Deliver required merchant turnover and merchant revenue in line with agreed business targets. Deliver against required margin across individual portfolio. Ensure sales administration, call planning and call reporting are performed in line with business process requirements. Ensure continues up-to-date knowledge of industry and market trends, as well as internal products and processes. Facilitate the effective resolution of any queries or complaints as and when required. |
