Job Overview

The Information Technology Graduate will provide first-level technical support to internal and external users while assisting with the maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting IT projects and helping implement new technologies across the business. Requirements and Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems
• Understanding of general IT support practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
