“I’m Going to Miss You So Much,” Tshepi Vundla Mourns A Close Friend. Loosing someone you are close to is just one of the worst experiences ever. Currently going through that is Tshepi Vundla. whose friend recently passed away.
Last week Thursday evening her close friend Nompumelelo Ngqula lost her life. The award winning filmmaker and creative was well known for her work on the award-winning series iThemba, through her production company Pixel Perfect Productions.
Announcing her death, family spokesperson Luba Jane said: “It is with great sadness that we, the Ngqula and Maphalala family, announce the untimely passing of our beloved daughter Nompumelelo Ngqula. She was a creative force, an award-winning producer, and writer. Her creativity knew no bounds running the breadth from writing searing and thought-provoking articles, to executive producing films and series through her production company Pixel Perfect Productions, which were enjoyed by people across the continent.”
Almost a week after her passing, Tshepi finally plucked up the courage to talk about Mpumi. Taking to Instagram, she thanked Mpumi for a lot of things which include cheering her up, believing in her, loving her kids, being there for her biggest milestones being the best neighbor as well as a great friendship among other things.
