“You’ll Always Be A Special Part of This Story,” Rosemary Zimu Takes A Moment to Appreciate Her Gynecologist. Since welcoming her daughter a couple of months back, Rosemary Zimu has been serving nothing but epic motherhood content. Her social media is filled with pictures from her pregnancy as well as a glimpse into her life now as a mother.
The pregnancy journey differs from one woman to the other. But one thing for sure though, every woman needs all the support they can get during this time. Rosemary was blessed enough to have supportive people around her. One such is her gynecologist, Dr Mpume Zenda, who is also a marriage expert on Married At First Sight Mzansi. Rosemary credits Dr Zenda for her patience, love and support while she was expecting. Even when things didn’t go according to Rosemary’s plans, Dr Zenda made sure se got a safe delivery.
