The Supreme Court of Appeal Rules In Favor Of Lerato Sengadi. The saga between HHP’s widow Lerato Sengadi and his family might be nearing an end.

Ever since HHP’s passing, the two parties have never seen eye to eye. HHP’s family did not recognize Lerato as his wife, none whatsoever. Sadly even before HHP was laid to rest his family and Lerato still had some issues to settle in court.

During their latest court case on Thursday, the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled in favor of Lerato. A final ruling was made stating that Lerato was indeed HHP’s lawful wife and is entitled to a portion of his estate.

Lerato plans to erect a tombstone as soon as Coronavirus now that she has been declared HHP’s lawful widow.
