Specific Role Responsibilities
• Ensuring that lead utilisation is at optimal levels
• Developing sales plans – daily, weekly, monthly etc to align to overall targets
• Ensuring client retention through delivery of excellent customer service
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12
• Relevant FAIS qualification: RE 1 or appropriate qualification based on date of first appointment into the industry
• Minimum of 3 years management/supervisory experience within a call centre environment (preferably inbound)
