Genius works is offering a 6 month position to a Junior Research Assistant who has a keen interest in the link between Innovation, Psychology, Learning & Development and Change.
The candidate will get the opportunity to:
- Investigate information
- Research and collate facts from books and online materials
- Peruse, scan and work with academic papers
- Look for patterns within content.
- Isolate the highest quality and most relevant content
- Infer and deduce ideas from content
- Compile short reports
Studies or Qualifications in the following fields would be a distinct advantage:
- Psychology
- Philosophy
- Organizational Development
- Innovation
- Change Management
- Applied Theatre

Additional Skills/Requirements :
- Microsoft Office (Primarily PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Prezi (optional, but a distinct advantage)
This is an intern type role that will afford the candidate a unique opportunity to work in an up and coming field with highly experienced facilitators that teach and live innovation. The applicant must be available to work from our offices in Gallo Manor and must have their own laptop.
Salary: R2000 – R4000 per month (depending on education and experience)
This exciting position is available from 1 October 2014 and is a 6 month contract.
