We are currently looking for a Junior to Mid-level agency recruiter with a strong sales background in placing candidates within a Call Centre and Finance environment. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Maintenance and management of existing clientele, new business development, talent sourcing, competency based interviewing, headhunting and general client and candidate liaison amongst others
The following requirements need to be met to secure an interview:
Matric and tertiary qualification preferably in HR
Minimum of 1 year agency Recruitment experience
Experience with Placement Partner software and general PC literacy
Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
Strong attention to detail and admin skills
Proven sales track record
Reliable and responsible
Ability to manage yourself
