Letsema Learnership Programme at BANKSETA – 2015

Introduction

Do you want to step into the world of banking?

PARTICIPATE IN A ONE YEAR LEARNERSHIP IN THE BANKING AND MICROFINANCE SECTOR

This Learnership offers you the opportunity to gain 1 year’s work experience as well as a National Certificate qualification relevant to the Banking sector. Note that you may not be registered for full or part-time studies while on the Learnership.

A monthly allowance of R3 000 will be paid to the successful applicants. There are no costs to you in applying for this learnership.

 

Important Criteria

• A valid certified copy of a Grade 12 Certificate
• Currently not participating in a learnership with a minimum pass of 60% in English AND
• Under the age of 30 as at 1 February 2015 a minimum pass of 50% in Accounting or a
• Not involved in any other studies from 1 Jan minimum of 50% in Mathematics OR a 2015 to 31 Dec 2015 minimum of 60% in Maths Literacy
• Persons with a disability must provide a
• Provide a positive recommendation or official medical certificate confirming the nature of the testimonial from a previous school, learning disability institution, or religious institution
• Only South African Citizens in possession of
• Present a professional image a valid SA ID will be considered
• Currently unemployed
• Effective communication in written and verbal
• Clear credit (ITC) and no criminal record English.
