Kagiso Modupe Appreciates Getting to Work With His Daughters In the Industry. Talent definitely runs in the Modupe household. Kagiso Modupe and his two daughters Tshimollo and Motheo are definitely taking the acting scene by storm.
His first daughter, Tshimollo, is an award winning actress, who is even recognized internationally. The youngster made a name for herself, when she starred on the box-office hit movie ”Losing Lerato” alongside her father. This was her first acting role. With the movie, Tshimollo won Best Child Performance at the 2020 Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema. The film received critical acclaim and won six awards at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema in California. Kagiso won the Best Actor Feature award, Samela Tyelbooi won Best Actress Feature. Besides the major awards, the film won Golden Era Humanitarian Narrative Award, Best Original Score Award and Festival Favourite Award. Tshimollo is also part of Pimville cast.
Motheo is also coming along really well. The 10-year old stars in Blind Love, alongside her famous father.
