Old Khaki, part of Cape Union Mart International, is offering a Festive Season Contract role at its Ballito Lifestyle store in KwaZulu-Natal. This temporary position requires 120 hours per month and is designed for energetic individuals eager to gain retail experience during the busy holiday period.

Job Purpose

The Sales Associate will support store operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the festive season. The role also ensures that store standards are maintained while creating a positive shopping environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by applying effective selling techniques.
• Greet customers warmly at the door and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Adhere to stock loss prevention measures.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to drive sales and maximize performance.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
• Contribute to a fun, inspiring, and team-oriented work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, including regular and extended hours during the festive season.
