Pastor Mboro’s Church Set Alight Allegedly By School Learners. Since Monday, Pastor Paseka Mboro Motsoeneng has been trending on social media platforms. This came after he demonstrated acts of intimidation and violence at Matsediso Primary School in Katlehong, Ekurhuleni.
The controversial Pastor, along with two other men, attacked teachers at the primary school, armed with a panga and what appears to be a riffle. They then exited the school premises with two young pupils, against the teachers’ will. Some teaching staff were heard pleading with Mboro to leave, he on the other hand was not having it, he wanted the children, and subsequently left with them. This left social media users angry and disappointed,. Many called for the pastor to be arrested. Gauteng Education MEC Matome Chiloane also vehemently condemned the incident.
The incident follows reports that Mboro and her baby mama’s family has been at loggerheads, over the custody of the children attending the school.
After the incident, pupils from various schools in Katlehong marched to the local police station. They were expressing their anger, after what Mboro and his bodyguards did, brandishing weapons. Now Mboro’s Incredible Happenings Church has been burnt down to ashes, allegedly by the pupils.
