OVERALL PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP: JOB

To service and maintain customer equipment with the Low / Mid / Hi-Volume and Digital Copier environment to ensure a high level of equipment availability and customer satisfaction.

The Junior Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring calls are attended to within the prescribed time frame to promote a professional service image. They are responsible for escalating and issues (physical or observation) that may impact on the efficiency/ priductu=ivity of the customer unit as well as the coordinating product workshop. Need to have fault finding skills and product performance.

Job Requirements:

Must have matric

Must have an interest /knowledge/ currently studying N3 Eletronic or equivalent diploma ( there will be an entry test)

This is for the Office Automation industry – Field/onsite technican training

Car and Drivers license a added benefit

THE TEST INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING

Logic Test – 20 MINUTES

Computer Literacy – 15 MINUTES

Mechanical Knowledge – 30 MINUTES

Remuneration: R4000 basic salary

Must be able to start full time on 3 May 2014
