Social Media Reacts to Dr Nandipha Magudumana Getting A Top Lawyer. One thing about money, it talks. It looks like Dr Nandipha’s finances are now coming as an advantage on her on-going court case.

The celebrity doctor is currently behind bars for allegedly aiding and abettingThabo Bester’s escape from Mangaung Correctional Centre in May last year. The two were caught in Tanzania, after being on the run for a couple of weeks. On her hearing, a few weeks back, Magudumana decided to not apply for bail, and both she and Bester’s cases were then postponed to 20th of June 2023.

She has a way of making people talk, after every hearing. At first Magudumana wore a mask covering most part of her face. Eventually she started rocking to court looking all sorts of gorgeous with a perfect face beat, and Nike outfits.

Magudumana has the country talking again, after filing an urgent application to have her arrest declared wrongful and unlawful. She is being represented by Cape Town based Senior Counsel, Advocate Anton Katz, who is working around the clock to prove that her arrest in Tanzania was unlawful. It is claimed that some agree that some of her rights were infringed during her arrest and deportation.

Katz has told the Free State High Court in Bloemfontein that his client should have been asked for consent before being deported to South Africa. Katz said it needs to be established what Home Affairs and South African Police Service officials were doing in Tanzania. He then went on to explain the difference between a deportation and an extradition.

As it gets heated in court, social media is also going abuzz. The fact that she has been able to rope in Katz has the country talking.
