It is the responsibility of the Marketing Assistant to assist and support the Brand or Marketing Manager in the effective day to day administration of the brand, and to ensure seamless coordination of all marketing activities as requested by the brand team.

Minimum Requirements
Tertiary Marketing or similar business qualification
Experience is not essential, willing to employee graduates
Strong Excel skills is necessary
Achievement track record – academic, sport, culture, etc.
Microsoft Office proficient
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Duties & Responsibilities
Your role will include but not be limited to:
Ability to prioritise daily, weekly and monthly tasks as set by the Brand or Marketing Manager.
Systematic development of processes that provide relevant information and support to the Brand or Marketing Manager.
Ability to produce excel, word and powerpoint documents of a high standard
Develop external relationships with all suppliers including principal’s, retailers and external suppliers to ensure optimum service levels are given as well as received.
Develop relationships with media partners to achieve the maximum PR support and exposure for your brand
