Desired Skills and knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field or equivalent work experience
BA/ BSc/ MSc – Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Must be fluent in English
Experience and knowledge with Business Intelligence / Analytics, data architecture & data analysis methodologies and tools is a plus
Collaborative, interactive and proactive leadership and communication styles
Highly motivated fast learner; able to work both independently and on a team to drive solutions with minimal supervision
Flexible and capable of juggling multiple priorities; willing to do what it takes to plan for, set, and meet business critical deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including design documentation, proof of concept, and prototype analysis documentation

Performing structured and unstructured (data mining) analysis of data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and creating reports supporting KPI for both Central Laboratories and couriers
Creating data visualizations using Spotfire software and regularly publishing and presenting findings and reports to stakeholders
Experience in statistical programming in tools
