Advertisements-HR Notifications • Develop / maintained filing system and database • Screen telephone calls • Resolve customer queries • Plan, coordinate and communicate relevant interventions • Travel arrangements • Manage visitors • Manage HRIS database • Processing of paperwork for M-Net employees (e.g. Confirmation of employment) • Telephonic Confirmation of staff employment • Capture all transfers, increases, resignations, promotions, terminations on Peoplesoft • Administer leave records • Order and control stationery • Coordinate interviews and psychometric assessments process • Coordinate recruitment processes; ? Advertise vacancies-Aligning and prof reading job specification ? Prepare interview packs and deliver to the panel members ? Coordinate interviews • Process SAP transactions • Management of the telephone and message system • Provide secretarial and general administrative/ office support to the HR Director • Ensured smooth running of the office (e.g. ordered and controlled stationery and office refreshments) • Prepare presentations / documents for HR Director |
| Education & Experience | • Must have a Human Resources or related qualification (Degree or equivalent)• Must have experience in usage of MS Office package• Must have knowledge of the recruitment and selection process • Knowledge of travel procedure would be an advantage • Knowledge of Human Recourses policies and procedures will be an advantage • Systems knowledge would be an advantage
