Levels: Losing Lerato Makes A Mark Internationally. Local movies continue to do great things on the international stage. Just this past Sunday, Zulu Wedding closed off the Pan African Film Festival.
Now another local movie is doing wonders abroad. Losing Lerato, a movie produced by Kagiso Modupe has done exceptionally well in South Africa. Losing Lerato is now tapping on the international stage. The movie has been nominated at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema and will also be screening at the event.
Among the nominated cast and crew members are the daddy-daughter duo Kagiso and Tshimollo Modupe. Samela Tyelbboi, Thato Molamu, Sanele Zulu and Gavin Sterley.
The renowned Film Festival is held every March in the beautiful village of Idyllwild California.
