This bursary programme is not positioned as a handout or a shortcut. Instead, it reflects SANAS’s long-term investment in building technical competence, professional excellence, and national capacity. It is aimed at students who take their studies seriously and who understand that education plays a critical role in strengthening institutions, industries, and the country as a whole.
What the Bursary Covers (and What It Doesn’t)
The bursary only pays for tuition fees. Anything else has to come from other sources.
Not covered: accommodation, transport, meals, books, and living expenses
Tuition Fees
- National Diploma or Degree – up to R50 000
- Honours or Postgraduate Diploma – up to R70 000
