SA Celebrities Who Fixed Their Friendships After Some Hectic Drama. The reality of the matter is that, at some point we can outgrow friends. Sometimes though, there is too much drama going on, betrayal, as well as backstabbing among friends, resulting in hectic breakups. Celebrities are also human, and their friendships go through some of the aforementioned challenges. Bonang Matheba has had a couple of friendships with some industry peers, both here in SA and internationally. Her biggest bond however, was with her cousin, Pinky Girl. Pinky started off as her personal assistant, and the two went on to have a tight relationship. Sadly a few years back, they had a major fall out. Their fans got a pleasant surprise when they recently reconnected at Bonang’s birthday dinner. Since then, it has been heartwarming content from the cousins.

Jojo Robinson and Nonku Williams met on season II of the Real Housewives of Durban. They didn’t hit off instantly, but after some time, became inseparable. Joku has given their fans epic friendship content, from attending events together, traveling the world, hyping each other, and just doing this life thing as a duo. Sadly on the shows’ 5th season, they seemed to have drawn apart. The last straw was at the reunion, when Jojo learnt that Nonku didn’t really rate her as a friend. A few days back, the two found their way back to each other, much to the happiness of their fans.
DJ Zinhle and Lerato Kganyago

Lerato Kganyago and DJ Zinhle have a lot in common. Both are DJs, media personalities and successful entrepreneurs. Seeing them as close friends, made their fans all happy. They had some sort of fall out along the way though. When Lerato got married, Zinhle was among the close friends who was not in attendance. Zinhle shared in an interview on Toke’s show on Honey Africa TV channel, that Lerato forgot to invite her. In another interview on Podcast and Chill with MacG, Lerato said like any other relationships, their friendship as a group of friends, was going through the most. The ladies have sort the drama out, and are now cool with each other.

Somizi and TT Mbha had one of the best brotherhoods ever. Many witnessed their friendship grow on Living The Dream With Somizi reality show. Sadly their until the friendship fizzled out in 2022. They both started hanging out with other people. How cool is it that the two have found their way back to each other! They are not as tight as before though, but it’s heartwarming to see them still cool with each other.
