Job Overview

The Intern Sage X3 Consultant supports ERP consulting teams in delivering Sage X3 implementation and support services to clients. You will gain exposure to business processes, system configuration, testing, and user support activities. The role includes working closely with experienced consultants, developers, and project managers to understand how ERP systems are designed and implemented. You will also assist with documentation, client communication, and system troubleshooting. This internship provides a strong foundation for a long term career in ERP consulting and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Sage X3 implementation and support tasks
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and project discussions
• Support system testing and basic troubleshooting activities
• Assist in resolving user queries and system issues
• Conduct research on ERP systems and business processes
• Assist in preparing project documentation and user guides
• Take meeting notes and support project administration tasks
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials
• Support post go live activities and client support
• Learn how business requirements are translated into ERP solutions
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project managers
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing activities

Requirements And Skills

• Completed degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles such as general ledger and accounts payable
• Interest in ERP systems such as Sage X3 or similar platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in ERP consulting
• Analytical thinking and problem solving ability
