Upcoming Actress Believes She Was the Perfect Candidate for the Role of Tshepi On Scandal! It goes without saying that there is lots of talent in the country. One should consider themself really blessed if they bag a role in a major show.

Having noted that though, if you feel that you are talented, but keep on missing opportunities, that can break you. A young upcoming actress by the name of Tshegofatso Kgwadi knows this very well. She has been left disappointed after a huge acting gig passed her by. Tshego was looking forward to being cast as Tshepi, the pregnant teen on Scandal! Sadly for her, she didn’t get the role as it went to another young actress.

Tshego feels she could have brought something to the role, to make it more relatable to viewers at home. She also uploaded a clip of herself acting,to show just how talented she is.

“I’m feeling deeply disappointed and saddened that I didn’t get the role of Tshepi on etvScandal e.tv . I had really hoped for the opportunity, and I truly believed I could’ve brought depth and authenticity to the character. I could already see how I would’ve portrayed Tshepi’s emotions, struggles, and personality in a way that would have connected to the viewers. Missing out on this chance hurts,but it also reminds me how much I love acting and how determined I am to keep going,” she said.

As the comments flowed in, Tshego clarified that she has no issues with the young actress cast as Tshepi. She has nothing but best wishes for her, in the acting fraternity.

“I just want to make it clear that I’m genuinely happy for the person who got the role to play Tshepi. She truly deserves it, and I sincerely wish her all the best and a successful career ahead. I’m not jealous of her in any way people shouldn’t get it confused. I was simply expressing how I felt, and that doesn’t take away from the fact that I’m proud and supportive of her achievement,” Tshego added.
