“The People Have Spoken,” Tito Mboweni Shows Off Fresh Cut. No politician is enjoying his retirement like Tito Mboweni. He engages with social media followers, travels around the country, and of course cooks up a storm in his kitchen.

The former Reserve Bank Governor has made a name for himself on Twitter, thanks to his unusual culinary skills. Mboweni loves cooking his Lucky Star canned fish, full chicken, Mophani worms among other delicacies. In most of his dishes, he puts a lot of garlic and tomatoes. Despite always getting dragged on Twitter and some chefs offering help, Tito is not about to leave the kitchen anytime soon.

Tito doesn’t only get dragged for his cooking, his grooming and outward appearance also gets scrutinized. A couple of days back, he posted a picture of himself waiting for a flight at Polokwane airport. In the pics, Tito sported his worn-out brown shoes, an oversized blazer, unkempt facial hair, and a cap with a government logo. He looked like a homeless person, sitting by the corner of a street. Immediately the pictures trended, with many social media users advising him to clean up his look. Others however, applauded him for his simple approach to life.

After going through the comments, Tito has decided to take action. He visited the famous Legends Barber, to get a fresh haircut. As they say, a haircut to a man is like weave to a woman, Tito looks all sorts of handsome in his new look.
