Sunday night Bryoni was crowned as the 1st runner up of Miss South Africa 2023. She will represent the “Rainbow Nation” at the 72nd Miss Universe in El Salvador. The 26 year old beauty queen and model hails from Kempton Park in Gauteng. She is a qualified lawyer who is working as a trainee associate, whilst awaiting admission to become an attorney. She regards Aishwarya Rai as one of her role models and the one person she would like to meet.
What many people don’t know about her, is that she is dating a soccer star. Bryoni has been dating former Kaizer Chiefs striker Samir Nurković for some time now. In November 2020, the Serbian born player shared a picture of himself and Bryoni at appeared to be a graduation party. From then on, it became evident that the two were dating.
Last evening Nurković, had the opportunity to see his queen live on stage competing for the Miss South Africa crown. His woman did not disappoint him as she looked amazing on the ramp. Bryoni also showed that she was a beauty with brains when she slayed all the 3 questions for contestants. She went on to place second, in a highly contested competition. Nurković could not hide his excitement as he congratulated Bryoni.
