Check Out Adulting Season II Trailer Featuring New Cast Members. There is no more speculating now, as it is out in the open that Adulting is coming back for season II. In September, Showmax confirmed that production has started on the second season of their hit drama series.
Released in March 2023, Adulting follows four friends in Johannesburg. Their strong bond has held them together after varsity even as their journeys in life have taken them in very different directions. As they try to grow as men, finding love, success and the best nightlife spots in Jozi, they turn to each other for laughs and support.
The star studded cast include, Thembinkosi Mthembu as Bonga, Nhlanhla Kunene as fan-favourite Eric, Thabo Rammusi as Mpho, and Luthando BU Mthembu from Big Brother Mzansi fame as Vuyani. BU recently won The Best Dressed On Screen Personality Award at the GQ Best Dressed 2023 Awards. Breakout star Londeka Shishi is also returning as Nkanyezi.
The drama series has recruited some new talent to join their star studded cast. Actress and musician Samkelo Ndlovu is among the newest of the cast members. Samkelo is well known for her name as Lerato Tselapedi in the since canned e.tv drama Rhythm City. Another actress joining Adulting for its second season is Nomalanga Shozi. The actress and TV personality has been bagging gig after gig this year.
