Key Responsibilities
- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check product vintage, quality, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities according to cycle briefs
- Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
- Record merchandising activities accurately
- Execute calls according to the call cycle
- Advise Regional Sales Manager on out-of-stock products
Requirements
- Ages 18 to 28
- N6 TVET Certificate (for 18-month workplace experience programme) or NCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant field
- No prior work experience required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment
Internship Duration and Stipend
- N6 TVET Internship: 18 months
- NCV Level 4 Internship: 12 months
- Monthly stipend: R3500
