The man in question is Nhlanhla Lux, who is currently making headlines around the country. He believes that young people should take the reigns of the country so that they can create opportunities for themselves.

1. Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini was born on September 2nd 1986, and he is 35 years old.

2. At school Lux excelled in golf, canoeing, rugby and athletics, wanted to pursue studies in sports development.

3. Growing up, Lux wanted to be a lawyer. Because his dad was constantly in and out of jail, the first professional person he interacted with was a lawyer.

4. Lux got into activism from his days while studying at the University of Johannesburg. He used his voice to tackle issues of racism and inequality.

5. He soon got bored with politics, and in 2007, Lux went to China to teach Sports Development, after the Chinese Embassy in Pretoria approached him.

6. After coming back home from China, Lux and decided to study golf through the Professional Golfers Association (PGA).

7. Lux, who has always been fascinated by aviation then started Native Airways, together with five partners. The private aviation company offers personal jets and helicopters as well as skyline advertising. They fly both domestic and international routes and cater to individual, political or business needs.

8. Because Lux couldn’t fly, he had to hire out pilots, which proved costly to the business; so he enrolled into Superior Pilot Services and qualified as a pilot.

9. He came into the limelight in 2021, when he and his team protected Maponya Mall in Soweto from looters in July 2021.

10. Lux is currently making headlines as the Operation Dudula leader. The group, which is made up of military veterans is trying to regain Township economy by closing down foreign owned businesses in the townships.
