Applications Open for the De Beers Internship Programme 2022. The Programme provide opportunities for people from our host communities to be equipped with basic skills in various industries. The programme will run for a period of 12 months.

The following are the minimum entry requirements into the programme:

• Grade 12 and
  • Hospitality Management
  • degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in GeoTechnical Engineering or Hydrogeology within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2022.
  • completed a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in Mining Engineering within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2022.
  • completed a 4-year Industrial Engineering degree or currently completing 4th year which must be due to complete the study by January 2022.
  • completed any Technical degree in mining disciplines (BSc Eng/BEng)/currently completing 4th year within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2022.
  • completed a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in Construction Management within the last 2 years or must be due to complete the study by January 2022.
  • completed a 4 year Civil engineering degree or currently completing 4th year which must be due to complete the study by January 2022.
• All applications must strictly come from Amandelbult mine host communities.
• Applications from outside the boundaries of Amandelbult complex host communities will not be considered.
• Please submit your full CV, Grade 12 & ID copy (certified for less than three (3) months) and a proof of residence

• All CV’s from host communities must strictly come with a proof of residence with the stamp from relevant tribal office or municipality
