Applications Open for the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) Internship Programme 2026. The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for the Internship Programme 2026. The opportunity is open at Centurion.

General Administration

  • Prepare documents
  • Collate information for reporting
  • Package documentation required for meetings and other departmental engagements
  • Circulate required information and documentation throughout the department and keep accurate record thereof
  • Receive and relay documentation and information to applicable recipients in the department
  • Develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure accurate retrieval of information as and when required
  • Screen, classify and record documents for easy access and tracking
  • Coordinate functions and meetings for the department
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed
  • Any adhoc duties as required from time to time

Minimum Requirements 

  • Grade 12, with a National Diploma/or Bachelor’s degree in
    • Administrative Management;
    • Business Administration;
    • Business Management;
    • Commerce;
    • Communication Sciences;
    • Human Resources Management;
    • Information Technology;
    • LLB; Logistics;
    • Marketing;
    • Office Administration/Management;
    • Organizational Psychology;
    • Public Administration/Management;
    • Supply Chain Management, or related qualifications.

All SACAA appointments are subject to S98 of the Civil Aviation Act, 13 of 2009 and all successful candidates will be subjected to security vetting. Employment Equity candidates will be prioritized in line with Employment Equity Plan. If you have not heard from the SACAA 90 days after the closing date, consider your application unsuccessful.
