Watch! Nhlanhla Nciza Remembers Her Late Daughter In What Would Have Been Her 17th Birthday. As soon as a woman falls pregnant, she has big dreams for her unborn baby. You think about the time they are born, till they become adults making their own mark in the world. Unfortunately, some parent’s expectations came crushing down when their children passed away tragically at a young age.
One such parent is Nhlanhla Nciza. The award winning musician and fashion designer, has experienced some of the toughest situations in life. In 2004, pregnant Nhlanhla was involved in a car accident, and unfortunately lost one of her unborn twin babies. Sadly her remaining twin daughter, Zinathi, tragically passed away in 2009 after a tragic car accident.
Zinathi had been traveling with her grandmother when the accident occurred. Their vehicle hit a tree which led to little Zinathi sustaining serious head and neck injuries that she did not recover from. Today, Nhlanhla’s late daughter would have clocked 17 years of life had it not been for the accident that claimed her life. To mark this day, Nhlanhla shared a video in which she posed next to Zinathi’s big framed photo, listening to Sechaba’s song, Thapelo. Besides her was her last born son, Luvuyo.
“Happy 17th heavenly birthday to my beautiful little angel in heaven Zinathi. I love you with my entire soul and I know you know that. Rest peacefully my darling daughter, until we meet again and I can hold you I’m my arms again?️?,” Nhlanhla said.
