Pics! Inside Claire Mawisa and Rami Chuene’s Botswana Take Over. During these pandemic times, one definitely needs some time away. A weekend away is always the best way to catch a breather. Rami Chuene and Claire Mawisa were blessed enough to be invited in the neighboring Botswana over the Mother’s Day weekend.
The two personalities had the time of their lives at the Grand Palm Hotel, Casino and Convention Resort, which is in the capital city, Gaborone. Their glam weekend was courtesy of the ultimate business and leisure experience hotel with exciting family-oriented activities lined up for them. The duo’s visit to Botswana was also made possible courtesy of the mutual relationship the hotel has with various SA celebrities
They arrived in the country on Friday, and in the afternoon Rami and Claire were treated to a safari tour at Mokolodi Game Reserve. On Saturday, Rami and Claire relaxed at the luxurious Camelot Spa for a massage treat and on Sunday the ladies joined the hotel’s Brunch with Mom at the Boma. The Mother’s Day event was in honor of all mothers across the hotel’s clientele.
“We want to celebrate Mother’s Day in a special way, and we can’t ignore that our clientele watches these personalities (Mawisa and Chuene) on television, therefore we are giving them a little surprise as an addition to the package that the hotel is giving to its customers. During a strictly managed lunch on Mother’s Day, they will make special appearances to meet and interact with their fans,” said The Grand Palm Hotel Marketing Officer, Samantha Bogopa.
