Here Is Why Some Hopefuls Are Skeptical of Entering This Year’s Miss SA Pageant. In the past few years, the Miss SA title has been won by the best beauty queen we have ever had. The likes of Zozibini Tunzi, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters and Tamaryn Green have represented us exceptionally well internationally.

The current tittle holder is Miss South Africa 2019 runner’s up, Sasha-Lee Laurel Olivier who took after Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini. Invitations have been extended to those who wish to be like these women to enter Miss SA 2020.

Instead of jumping in to a world of great opportunities, some of our young women are not keen. Some do not trust themselves enough that they can fill in the big boots left by former tittle holders. Some on the other hand think they do not fully qualify to enter.
