Kayise Ngqula On How and When Her Career In Media Began. Without a doubt Kayise Ngqula is on her way to becoming one of South Africa’s media moguls. She is working her way to the top, with so much zeal and dedication.
Many got to know Kayise when she won the My Perfect Wedding presenter search. Her presenting skills took the country by storm, and it was a given that Kayise was going to be a household name. After that, the TV personality was cast in Housekeepers Season II. She joined a star studded cast which included, Thando Thabethe, SK Khoza, Xolile Tshabalala and Dumisane Mbebe. Now Kayise is a force to be reckoned with, leading her own empire, KNN Media Group.
As she continues to evolve in the industry, Kayise took us through her journey. It all started over a decade ago, when she worked in corporate media. This awoke something in her, and she had the dream to one day be in the mainstream. Her dreams have come true in the most amazing ways, and the sky can only be the limit for the talented Kayise.
“Many people don’t know this, but my career in media began over 12 years ago in corporate media strategy, development, and research. I loved the intellectual challenge of it all- building, thinking, creating, and understanding the bigger picture behind the industry. But deep down, I still carried the dream of being on television.
By God’s grace, that dream became my reality.
And now, life is bringing me back to where it all began… only this time, I return wiser, with deeper intention, and with far greater clarity about the kind of woman, mother, leader, and visionary I’m becoming and the legacy I want to build.
